Perjury and Obstruction of Justice

Perjury and obstruction can be charged on the state and federal levels.  Perjury involves making a false statement as to a material matter after taking an oath to testify truthfully.  Obstruction of justice occurs when one used corrupt means or threats to either influence a court official or impede the due administration of justice.  The successful defense involves humanizing the client, so our criminal defense attorneys make it a high priority in these cases to facilitate and manage contact between the client and the prosecutor to establish a rapport as quickly as possible.
